Vogue Fashion Night Out

Un amico appassionato anche lui di moda ;)

A friend of mine also passionate for fashion ;)

Hey everyone finally here with the first post of this month! Yesterday night like thousands of people I participated at the VFNO in Milan. Let me tell you: it was C R A Z Y!  There were sooo many people I couldn't even count! And that's why I didn't manage to take as many photos as I wanted :\ For my outfit I chose to wear something simple like denim shorts, white tank and denim jacket but with this crazy scarf I bought at Zara last July. Looking around me and spotting a few really interesting outfits I really got inspired for the next fall\winter outfits so hope to post them soon! I also had the opportunity to meet Chiara Ferragni from The Blonde Salad and she was really sweet! So that was a very cool experience ;) That's it for now

I was wearing:
Denim jacket by Levi's
White tank from H&M
Denim shorts by H&M
Primark wedges
Hermes Birkin bag
Celine sunglasses

Agios Nikolaos & Spinalonga Island

Ciao a tutti!

Hey there everyone! Here we are with a brand new post, and maybe my favourite one of all! In these past days, after visiting the south part of Crete, we decided to go in the eastern part stopping for the night in Rethimno, a quite big city and the second most important. The next day, we went to Agios Nikolaos, a wonderful city , probably the most beautiful one! In fact the first photos where taken there! For the night we ate in a wonderful place by the sea, enjoying wonderful fish and a breath taking view. The next day we went in the village of Plaka where we took a little boat to Spinalonga, an island just in front of Plaka. So, do you know the story of this island at all? Let me tell you why I'm so excited about it! In the past, Spinalonga was under the venetian power and afterwards under the Ottoman impire, by the Turks. They always used the island like a fortress to be protected and at the same time attack the Cretan coast. Anyway, in 1909 the island was populated by lepers which were sent there, isolated from there family's and friend's to spend the rest of their lives. So people carried on living, with medical attention and social security payments. The colony was then abandoned in 1957 as they  found medical cures to leper. I recently read a book about this island by Victoria Hislop named "The Island". It impressed me so much that i couldn't wait to see with my own eyes that island where not so many years ago people lived, suffering, loving, just fighting so bravely for there lives! I recommend you to read the book! That's it for now, se you soon! xx

Crete Day 3\4 : Paleochora and Loutro

Going to Loutro
Andando a Loutro

Buonasera a tutti! A presto xxx

Good evening everyone! Here we are with a post of the third and fourth day in south of Crete. After leaving the cedar beach we drove through arid mountains and little villages in the middle of nowhere to arrive after a couple of hours in a village called Paleohora, quite visited from tourists but not as much so it was really pleasant staying there. We managed to find a room for little money, and that was really good! In the evening we walked in the centre by the sea and we sat at a bar where there was a jazz concert going on, really cool! The day after we took a boat that took us to Loutro, a really small and characteristic village situated interlay on the coast where we found a really nice place to stay and we enjoyed the wonderful sea renting  a pedal (do you call it like this?). That's it for now, I still have a lot of photos to show you but unfortunately I can't connect with my pc everyday! So if you want to get tuned on my facebook page for more "fresh" news just do it! See you soon xxx
