IT: Più o meno da sempre, sono una grande appassionata di sushi. E dopo anni in giro per ristoranti in cerca del sushi perfetto sono finalmente riuscita a vivere l'esperienza unica di prepararlo in casa. Qualche settimana fa, il mio ragazzo (colui che veramente prepara il sushi, io sono ancora in fase di apprendimento :P) ed io lo abbiamo cucinato in casa e da brava curiosa ho immortalato diversi momenti della preparazione sperando che questi scatti possano esservi utili in caso voleste mettervi alla prova anche voi ;) Spero vi piacciano!
EN: I've always been a sushi passionate and I've tried loads of restaurants all around the city, but I finally got the opportunity to experience home made sushi with my boyfriend (he's the actual cook, I'm just a learner for now :P). Last week while he was preparing all the ingredients and started cooking I had the chance to capture a few moments for the blog.
